How Does Founded’s Sizing Charts Work?

Founded has hundreds of items #NoJokes

We hope to have thousands soon.

With this many items, sizing charts are close to impossible to have a standard sizing chart.

Each item’s size is indicated on the product itself.

As it is Thrift though, they might differ here and there, but we’ve done our utmost best to ensure everything is 99% correct πŸ˜‰

… if you buy it πŸ˜‰

We don’t have a local fitting and buying store yet, so unfortunately, not fittings.

Delivery Information

What Delivery Methods Are Available?

We believe to keep things simple…

…we courier your order to your door vir Aramex!

We do this for a small fee of R100.

If you buy more than R1499 worth of Founded, we send it to you for free!

It is the only option.

Simple.

Effective.

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order

We do our utmost best to get it to you within 2-3 work days.

You’ll receive a mail with a tracking number as SOON as we send it.

This excludes weekends though…

…but that’s what weekends are there for.

Don’t worry about anything on weekends.

*If you’re located on a farm outside of a place which name we can’t pronounce, Aramex might take a bit longer.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

As items are literally one-of-kind (being thrift and all)…we only make use of PayFast.

PayFast is SA’s best payment gateway.

Via PayFast we accept:

  • Visa / Mastercard
  • Instant EFT
  • Bitcoin (how 2030 are we πŸ˜‰ )
  • Mobicred (but don’t go into debt for clothing…k?)
  • PayD
  • Masterpass

We believe this covers everything.

When you do Instant EFT via PayFast, please ensure you read the process 200%, to ensure you don’t lose out on the item.

Is Buying Online Safe?

Even though e-commerce is still relatively new to SA (when compared to the rest of the world), we’ve done a good job at internet safety.

As Founded Clothing Co. makes use of PayFast, we don’t handle any of your money.

We leave that to PayFast, which subscribes to the highest standards in the world.

So yes, your money, information and clothing size is 200% safe.

Orders, Returns & Refunds

How do I place an Order?

Founded’s site is clutter free…

Simply play around a bit.

Add your item (or 100) to your cart.

View your cart.

Checkout.

We send your order.

Simple.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If your order is put through and payment has been accepted, your order will be sent within a matter of a few hours.

Therefore, if you want to change or cancel an order…sent the e-mail VERY quickly to change@founded.co.zaΒ and we’ll try and do it if it gets to us in time.

If it gets to us too late, or we receive it too late (because sometime we’re busy packing everything) we do, unfortunately not do any refunds or exchanges.

EVERYTHING on Founded Clothing Co. is one-of-a-kind…which means that even if we wanted to, it is, unfortunately (literally) impossible.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not.

BUT

You and we know that once you go thrift, you never go back (except for a sale at Mr. P).

If you create an account, you’ll never have to complete your details again…which makes the whole process quicker next time (and with “next time”, we mean next week).

Your information is perfectly safe and will never be given to another party.

How Do I Do A Return/Refund?

Founded Clothing Co. has a no-return & no-refund policy.

We go through each item individually (and we take photos of each item) to ensure that it is clean (thrift-grade), doesn’t have holes etc.

This means that we send your items to you in the best possible Thrift-grade condition possible (a LOT of the items are close to brand new).

The nature and appeal of Thrift is pre-loved πŸ™‚
